There were numerous instances where tasks were only briefly mentioned during training, with the intention of revisiting them for detailed guidance later. However, when it was time to provide more training, Kylie had already completed these assignments—and did so with a level of proficiency that exceeded all expectations.

One of our favorite things about Kylie is her proactive attitude. Whether it’s helping out with daily office operations or tackling new challenges, she takes matters into her own hands and figures out exactly what needs to be done. Shortly after joining us as an Office Assistant, Kylie’s exceptional performance earned her a promotion to Estimator.
